Over September and October 2011, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo has been helping the Association of Blind and Visually Impaired Persons of Kosovo to raise awareness about the needs and abilities of people with visual impairments among local and central level officials, the international community, the media and the public at large. OSCE-supported activities include a "Dinner in the Dark" and a "Blind Parade".
