PRISTINA, 10 March 2000 - UNMIK/OSCE will be holding a news conference on Monday, to announce details about civil registration in Kosovo, as well as giving information about the Central Election Commission and registration of political parties.

There will be a further background briefing on these issues with experts from the UNMIK/OSCE and the Joint Registration Taskforce later in the day. This is to allow for questions of a practical and technical nature on issues which will effect current Kosovo residents, out of Kosovo residents, including refugees, and the diaspora.
