Condolences on death of Kosovo Media Appeals Board member

PRISTINA, 27 September 2000 - It is with great sadness that the OSCE Mission on Kosovo learned of the untimely death of Mr. Ramadan Vranici.
Mr. Vranici, a well-respected and distinguished lawyer, law professor, and former President of the Supreme Court of Yugoslavia, died of natural causes on Saturday, 23 September 2000.
Mr. Vranici served with great professionalism in his capacity as the first national member of the recently convened Kosovo Media Appeals Board.
The OSCE extends its deepest sympathy to his wife and family.
