Registration deadline for the Kosovo elections

PRISTINA, 3 September 2001 (OSCE) - Have you turned 18 since last year's local elections? Have you changed address within the past year? Did you vote in a Mega Centre last October?
The deadline for registering to take part in this year's elections and finding out where to vote on 17 November is fast approaching.
This week, the OSCE is encouraging all those who are eligible to cast a ballot on polling day to take five minutes and visit a Voter Services Centre (VSC) before they close on 8 September.
This week's election briefing will provide a final reminder of who should be going to a VSC.
OSCE election staff will also update the media on the certification process for both political entities and candidates and brief journalists on the election timeline.
