About
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo will organize a two-day workshop on enhancing co-operation among judges, prosecutors and the Police for 33 Kosovo judges, prosecutors and police investigators.
The participants from Kosovo will meet with 10 judges, prosecutors and police investigators from Albania to discuss and share experiences concerning problems and effective ways of communicating and co-operating, particularly during criminal investigation phases.
The workshop comes after a set of roundtables organized by the Mission in June 2011, Kosovo-wide, where ineffective collaboration among the three justice system pillars: judiciary, prosecution and police was raised as a serious concern.
The OSCE Mission is helping to develop justice system and to enhance the rule of law and human rights protection in Kosovo.
