The OSCE Mission in Kosovo will launch a gender equality awareness-raising campaign in support of the Prishtinë/Priština region’s eight municipal women caucuses.
Municipal women caucuses are informal advocacy groups established with the Mission’s support. They bring together women from municipal, legislative and executive, civil service and civil society sectors who promote gender-friendly municipal policies.
The campaign will be launched with a priority-setting and advocacy plan drafting workshop for the caucuses. Municipal representatives including directors, as key policy implementers, will take part in the event.
The campaign will include a TV spot produced in Albanian and Serbian languages that will air for two weeks Kosovo-wide.
