About
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, will organize a conference on enhancing regional co-operation in combating organized crime and transnational threats for law enforcement officers, government representatives, and academics from Western Balkans, Turkey and several EU countries.
Conference participants will assess emerging threats and discuss criminal intelligence sharing and potential joint activities, in line with international conventions. They will also examine the role of international organizations in co-ordinating combating of organized crime.
The OSCE Mission is mandated with human and community rights protection and promotion, democratization, and public safety sector development. It is a leading international police-training provider in Kosovo since 1999.
