About
Members of over 40 Local Public Safety Committees (LPSCs) will meet to present their main achievements from 2014 and to review plans for 2015 activities.
In 2014, the LPSCs implemented a number of community safety initiatives that helped improve living conditions of children with disabilities and increased safety of children in schoolyards and in traffic.
The LPSCs bring together local community leaders, police officers, municipal and school officials, as well as women and youth representatives who work to improve community safety and quality of life.
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo supports their activities through a project funded by the Norwegian Government.
