About
The conference is the 5th phase of the project "Improving Performance through Better Co-operation between the Central and Local Level". Final conclusions on recommendations will be drawn on how to improve the relations between central and local authorities.
Previous to this conference, meetings of steering and working groups took place and a study trip to Switzerland was organized.
The project is implemented by the Ministry of Local Governance Administration and supported by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.
