About

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo will launch a public information campaign promoting the anti-trafficking and domestic violence helpline of the Kosovo prosecutor’s office on 18 October.

The helpline will be reached on a toll-free number: 0800 1111 2.

The helpline will serve as a main point of contact for victims of trafficking in human beings and of domestic violence, as well as a source of information for the public, and those who have concerns in this area.

The campaign is a continuation of activities implemented by the Mission to strengthen the helpline. The Mission equipped the helpline offices and trained four new operators, assisting the helpline in functioning seven days a week.

The public information campaign will last for one month and will include two TV spots in the Albanian and Serbian languages, and 11,000 leaflets and posters.
