About
The OSCE Mission will run a four-day advanced training course on European human rights legal instruments and case law for 35 professional staff of the Ombudsperson Institution in Kosovo, who investigate and handle cases of alleged human rights violations.
The training course will be delivered by experts from the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights, as a follow-up to a 2010 training course.
The training course will also be attended by five newly-appointed Ombudsperson deputies.
