About
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo is running a one-month training on criminal investigations, police operations, critical incidents and public relations management for 21 mid-level police officers - lieutenant, captains and lieutenant colonels.
The training aims to improve management skills and further professionalize Kosovo police. It is also a requirement for the police officers promotion.
The training is delivered by a training expert from Northern Ireland. It will be used to identify further training needs and to develop modular management training for the Kosovo police. The best training participants will become future trainers.
