The publication provides an overview of the situation of learning centres in Kosovo as of April 2022 and implementation of the Administrative Instruction (AI) 19/2018 on Establishment and Functioning of the Learning Centres. The report offers a way forward and recommendations to different stakeholders for the practical institutionalization of Learning Centres.
