About
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo will deliver a five-day training course for 20 officers of Kosovo Police Special Operation Units on understanding group dynamics, crowd psychology and managing crowd through negotiations.
The aim of the training course is to enhance riot control abilities of the Kosovo Police and to better prepare them to deal with highly stressful situations.
The activity builds on previous OSCE training sessions on crowd and riot control delivered to the Kosovo Police between 2011 and 2013.
The OSCE Mission is the leading police-training provider in Kosovo since 1999.
