The Mission promotes partnerships between public and police for community-based policing in Kosovo.

Overview
The Mission helps the police develop intelligence-led and community policing practices and strategic documents, and assists in establishing and enhancing capacities of community safety mechanisms, such as the Local Public Safety Committees and Municipal Community Safety Councils, to ensure community safety and improve the quality of life for all.
